1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Xenarch Inc. ("Xenarch", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Xenarch platform, API, plugins, and related services ("Services").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Publisher Account Information

When you register as a publisher and configure Xenarch on your website, we collect:

• Email address
• Website URL(s)
• USDC wallet address (public blockchain address, not private keys)
• Pricing configuration

2.2 Bot Detection Data

When Xenarch processes requests on publisher sites, we analyze:

• HTTP request headers (User-Agent, Accept, etc.)
• IP addresses (for bot classification, not stored long-term)
• Request patterns and frequency
• TLS fingerprints

We do not collect or store content from publisher websites. Xenarch inspects request metadata only — never the response body or page content.

2.3 Transaction Data

Payment transactions occur on the Base blockchain and are publicly visible. We reference on-chain data (transaction hashes, wallet addresses, amounts) to verify payments. We do not store payment information beyond what is already public on the blockchain.

2.4 Human Visitor Data

We do not collect personal data from human visitors to publisher sites. Xenarch's bot detection runs at the HTTP level and only engages when automated (non-human) traffic is identified. Human visitors pass through without any data collection by Xenarch.

4. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do not track human visitors across websites
• We do not use cookies on publisher sites
• We do not store or access publisher website content
• We do not hold, custody, or control any digital assets or funds
• We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the data we process, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and infrastructure monitoring. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services interact with:

• Base L2 Network (Coinbase) — blockchain network for payment verification. Public blockchain; governed by its own protocol rules.
• Cloudflare — infrastructure and CDN. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Access your publisher account data by contacting us
• Correct inaccurate information in your account settings
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us
• Export your transaction history (all transactions are publicly verifiable on-chain)

8. International Users

Xenarch Inc. is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the US, you consent to the transfer of your information to the US for processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

9. Children

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
